My first ever MAC product!

Hello everyone! I would like to tell you about my first ever MAC product and my experience within the store. I brought this product, which is a Patentpolish Lip Pencil in the colour Berry Bold. I could not find it on the official website but I have found a store which sells it, in the UK. I will leave a link at the end of this blog of where you can purchase.

I brought this pencil when I was on holiday in America, it was the first time I had ever been in a MAC store. I had heard of the company and new some of their products but I had never tired any myself, so obviously I was very excited! I didn’t really know what to expect when I walked in because I had never experienced going in one of their store before. But I have to say…that the people who worked their were the nicest staff I have ever known in a shop. And I’m not just exaggerating. Here in the UK we do have quite a lot of rude and bad customer service and I’m sure they do in America too, but the staff were lovely!

I had already decided what kind of thing I wanted to buy, a lipstick or lip gloss because I didn’t really want to go in to get a foundation on my first time. The staff were so nice and welcoming, and they were always up for helping me chose the right colour. They also put the product on you for you, this is good because you can also learn how they apply it, and how to do it the right way, I’m sure they would answer any questions too.

I found a colour that I really loved and so I purchased it, and I couldn’t of been happier with my first product and experience from MAC. I now go in the store in my city regularly and I end up dragging my boyfriend along with me! I don’t think he minds!
